  • Fixed pause menu causing the main menu background scroll and going back into the game to "freeze" (Engine speed wasn't being set back to 1).
  • Fixed pause menu keys for test level (first level).
  • Fixed lost HP and slimes killed not resetting to 0 correctly upon death.
  • Fixed a few instances where stats related to your save were not saving which could cause some loss of data should the game be quit.
  • Fixed some score flags not being reset upon death (They were not being saved and then old values were immediately loaded on the main menu.)
  • Enemy slimes death related code completely rewritten. Now the slime should be immediately removed to avoid multiple collisions + locking player controls but also play the sound (and an animation soon? Placeholder image used for now) without being instantly cutoff.
  • Player bounce now happens in the enemies code as a result of above change. This can also allow me to have different bounce distances based on the enemy going forward.
  • Music temporarily moved to the first level. Continuous or changing music will be added in future, but this will make gameplay feel less empty for now.
